  Dean was invaluable during our time searching for, and eventually purchasing, our home. He always had the answers we needed when we asked (or was quick with finding the information if he didn't have it on hand) and when we weren't sure how to proceed. In fact, a house that he recommended to us eventually became the house we bought - which he accomplished by listening to our needs and drawing on his experience. He's not above letting you know if he has misgivings about a house, you won't be buying a lemon on his watch. Even the other agents and attorneys we eventually came in contact with during the process had only good things to say about Dean and his professionalism. He didn't miss a step and we were able to close in a timely fashion thanks to his diligence. We would recommend his services to anyone.

  Dean was very knowledgable with all the homes and area he showed us. His response back with answers is quick. Dean is very enjoyable & made our life a breeze buying a home for the first time. Not only did Dean sell us our home he sold one to my son and wife as well.
